About and History
Bulamu Islamic Education Centre is a private Islamic-based primary school located in Bulamu, Mpigi District along Mityana Road, Uganda. Established in 2018, the school was founded on the principle of integrating academic excellence with Islamic guidance, aiming to raise a generation that is knowledgeable, disciplined, and God-fearing.
The school offers a dual curriculum, teaching both the Ugandan National Curriculum and Islamic Religious Studies. We are proud to be registered with the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council, allowing our pupils to sit for the Islamic Primary Leaving Examinations (IPLE) alongside the standard PLE. This prepares them to succeed both in this world and the Hereafter.
Our facilities and staff are carefully chosen to ensure holistic growth — intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical. Whether it’s through Qur’an memorization, classroom learning, or co-curricular activities, we strive to maintain a nurturing, faith-filled environment.
